I JUST BOUGHT A NEW BOOKMARQUE, NOW WHAT? HOW CAN I REDEEM IT?

Look behind your bookmark to get your redeem code. Scan the QR code or go to redeem.bookmarques.com and log in to your account. Enter the code behind the bookmark and click on REDEEM.

DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO REDEEM MY BOOKMARQUE?

Yes, and this account will be used for both the redeem and to access your library.

I HAVE REDEEMED MY BOOKMARQUE, NOW WHAT?

Patience! It’s being assembled as you read this. You will receive an email once it is ready for you. This typically takes 15—60 minutes but if you don’t receive it within 24 hours contact customer support — help@bookmarques.com.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY REDEEMED BOOKMARQUE ?

Simply go to your book library at reader.bookmarques.com and log in to your account (the same used for the redeem of the Bookmarque).

HOW CAN I READ MY BOOK ASSOCIATED TO MY BOOKMARQUE?

In your book library, just click on the cover of your book to open the reader. Note that we support the following browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox) on computers running Mac OS or Windows and on mobile devices running Android or iOS/iPadOS.
